The Combine Gym was born out of a vision to develop a strong community through health, functional fitness and nutrition. We’ve seen how committing to fitness can build confidence, discipline, and a desire to keep making forward progress. We want our members to develop resilience and joy that can be carried beyond the gym.
We aim to enable you to succeed at whatever your personal goals are, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

Melissa has been training for over a decade in functional fitness and olympic lifting. Over the years, she has seen this type of training produce perseverance, discipline and joy that comes with accomplishing a tough workout or personal best.
She loves creating a space where athletes feel challenged and encouraged with a sense of achievement as they progress.
